  (excluded|included|none), regions, available, source_url, usd_per_gb,
  usd_per_vcpu, stale.
  `providers` is fetch status per source. `generated_at` is UTC ISO.
  `fx.usd_per_eur` is the rate used for EUR rows.

## How to compare
- Do not rank by raw $/mo. Use usd_per_gb and usd_per_vcpu, and filter cpu=dedicated vs shared.
- Auction rows are used dedicated machines and sell out. kind=dedicated is new Eco/bare metal list prices.
- Hostinger prices are promotional; IONOS uses the post-promo strike price.
- EU prices are typically excl. VAT. US prices have no VAT.
- IPv4 is extra on Hetzner Cloud and Hetzner Auction (`ipv4_extra_usd`).
- Confirm on source_url before buying.
